Looks are deceiving
This place is even better than the listing. Set in a beautiful forest in Arrabida, this is a truly special place. The design of the house allows you to feel close to nature; it’s well equipped and the kids loved the pool. It’s such a stunning area with beaches 15 mins away in a car. You can pick the coves nearby or the more expansive beaches on the coast less than 30 mins away. Everything is close but ideally you need a car. Ana was a fantastic host and was always there for anything we needed. We would definitely book again. A special holiday.

Great house and location to explore the surroundings
We were three families with small children and had a lovely time at the house. The garden and the pool were excellent to enjoy with our kids, and the location is central to reach many of the main beaches and sightseeing spots, including Lisbon. Communication with the host was impeccable, she was very responsive, giving many suggestions and sorting any issues we had. The house was spacious and well equipped. We hope to come back one day!

Perfekte Residenz für den Familienurlaub nahe Lissabon
Wir verbrachten eine perfekte Familienurlaub in der Cabana do Bispo (10 Personen, davon 3 Kinder im Alter zwischen 7 bis 10 Jahren). Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit von Ana, die jederzeit für uns erreichbar war und sich sehr gekümmert hat. Ihre Herzlichkeit, die vielen hilfreichen Informationen,gepaart mit dem Präsentkorb zum Empfang haben uns einen guten Start in den Urlaub garantiert. Auch noch mal von dieser Stelle meinen herzlichsten Dank! Das Haus selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt (bequeme Betten, viel Platz, umfangreiche Küchengeräte fürs Kochen). Das satte Grün und die Natur des Grundstücks bieten eine ganz wundervoll friedliche Atmosphäre. Eingebettet in das Naturschutzgebiet hat man wahnsinnig viel Privatsphäre und ist doch nah am nächsten Ort (Azeitao), der zu vielen Besuchen einlädt. Ob Weingut, Supermarkt (Continente & Intermarché) oder Restaurant, wir fanden alles was wir brauchten. Die Nähe des Hauses zu Lissabon und den Stränden im Süden ist ebenso hervorzuheben. Einziges kleines Manko für mich war die parallel zum Haus verlaufende Landstraße, die tagsüber doch recht hoch frequentiert war. Nachts herrscht hingegen totale Stille. Und meine weiteren Familienmitglieder hat diese auch nicht gestört. Sie stand meiner Freude über das Haus final auch nicht im Weg. ;) Wer fernab des Troubles ein ruhiges Ferienhaus für sich und seine Familie sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Wir können das Haus und seine Gastgeberin nur empfehlen.

Óptima Localização, espaço ideal para famílias
A casa é óptima, bem equipada e muito cuidada. A recepção foi óptima por parte da anfitriã que nos deu imensas sugestões do que fazer na área. A casa está muito bem localizada, quer nos acessos quer na envolvente natural.
