"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. "The most disappointing masia we’ve stayed in. They were more interested in making money than their guests’ comfort - I arrived on Friday with a very bad cold and was told that it wasn’t possible to turn the heating on and the only option was to use an extra duvet. They shouldn’t advertise that it has heating if they’re not prepared to use it! Heard everything from the adjoining rooms, including flushing the toilets. They even charged us for ordering extra coffee (tiny cup) at breakfast. "
