"I stayed here with my sisters and our husbands to attend a wedding at The Barn at Lord Howe... The house was absolutely beautiful and met our needs perfectly. Located a mere 4 minute drive from the venue, the house was fully equipped and Evolve was phenomenal to work with during our stay. They provided tons of information on all the local sites and things to do in the area! Highly recommend!"

"Generally a good stay and close to our homes for a family get together...so hard with family so busy these days. The lake is close and nice, great for kids. A few points where house could have been a bit better, but owner was accessible and accommodating. Make sure you bring towels and bath stuff. 👍👍"

"Great location. We enjoyed our overdue gateway, very peaceful, though it’s very close to the bridge, the traffic noise didn’t bother us at all - was drowned out by the water rushing. The mattress in master bedroom is too soft for us to sleep in (found blankets or something tucked in between mattress and box spring). "We enjoyed the setting. Very rustic in the Adirondacks. The home is nice and well equipped, including canoes and kayaks. We had some issues with mice in the kitchen, including droppings on silverware and dishes, getting into food. The company sent someone out and they placed a lame Mouse trap on the floor. We did have to rewash the dishes and silverware due to mouse droppings. Their explanation was that since it is a house in the woods, we should expect these types of things to occur. I think...

"This is our second time staying at this home. We were here in August and again in October. Immaculate well supplied home on a beautiful piece of property. Owner is very eager to please. We were up there for a wedding and I made sure to let others know if they are looking for a great place this is it. We will definitely stay again if we are going to this area."

"Located conveniently close to Rogers Rock State Park with boat inspection station and launch. This is a no-frills property which was quiet and clean, providing a pleasant stay. The driveway is steep and somewhat tight, but I was able to park a Ram pickup with 8ft bed and boat trailer without much trouble. I enjoyed the lack of cell service and WiFi - it was GREAT. "We had a great week on Schroon Lake. The accommodations were great just as described. Kitchen was fully loaded with everything we need to cook most of our meals where we ate at the fantastic table in the enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Great dock and beach as well. We will be coming back"
