Events and weddings allowed- $1500 Additional Fee, includes 60 chairs and 7 tables, arch, and use of the property for a wedding and event - for up to 70 guests. Please inquire if the guest count is over 70.

Brand new indoor, heated, pool installed Dec 2023 with access to house and firepit/outdoor kitchen area. The pool fee is $150 per day of your stay to be invoiced separately. If the property is being rented for an event or wedding, the pool is not available after 11 AM on the day of the event due to safety and insurance reasons
