- NOTE: This is a remote cabin in the mountains. There is 0.3 miles of gravel/dirt road. A 4WD/AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Please drive carefully
- NOTE: The property is located on the 2nd floor and requires using an outdoor staircase to access
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 Ring doorbell camera on the front door facing the exterior front entry, and 1 camera on the garage facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- NOTE: Starlink internet is provided and due to the property's location, cell phone service is limited
- NOTE: 0.3 miles of gravel road is required to access the property. A slower speed is required while driving this road
