Enjoyed tremendously the apartment
Everything we needed for our week long stay. We walked to historic area and road local buses with ease. Great use of space and quiet, safe neighborhood.

Quiet neighbourhood, outside city walls
Didier was a great host who gave us a detailed checkin, recommended places to eat locally (we really enjoyed Yebra) and sight-seeing suggestions. His correspondence before we arrived was very prompt.

Our week stay in Sevilla
The apartment and our host were wonderful. We chose to stay just outside of the historic city center to avoid navigating the narrow streets with our car and difficult parking options. We were able to visit the entire historic city area (very large) walking the many streets while enjoying all the historic sites, shopping and wonderful cuisine. The apartment was fully appointed, comfortable, private parking and conveniently located to all historic city center has to offer. Clearly a great lodging choice to enhance our adventure in Sevilla thanks to our host didier.

Perfect stay in a fine, clean and quiet apartment.Tremendous host, gives a lot of information. Big sitting room with complete kitchen, bedroom,bathroom and also an extra toilet at the entrance. Possibility of parking your car at private spot in parkinggarage under the building. Highly recommended

We stayed for 3 nights at the apartment. Everything was spotless. Very clean, quiet, equipped with everything we needed, even a washing machine. Didier, our host was great. He provided us with a guide with the attractions in Seville, explained everything we needed to know, available for any questions we had. Very easy to communicate with him. Definitely recommend this place and if we ever come back to Sevilla will book again. Thank you Didier for everything!

Clean, comfortable, great location
We enjoyed our time in this apartment, and we walked to all of the sites throughout the city. The property owner, Didier, met us at the property and gave us an orientation to the city. Communication was easy before and during the stay. Having a kitchen and a grocery within the same block was great, and the use of the clothes washing machine. Would recommend.

An excellent location
We really enjoyed & relaxed during our Andalusia trip. Didier's Seville flat is clean, quiet [it's not on the street side] and close to very good cafes. A plus is that a major grocery store is on the same block. The Cathedral and Alcazar were only a 30 minute walk, the Setas a bit less. We felt comfortable, safe and secure during our entire visit. Thanks, Didier, for a wonderful base of operations.

Perfect Stay and so much fun!
This apartment was exactly what we were hoping for. Big kitchen, dining room, living room and two bathrooms. A beautiful giant balcony patio with two beautiful window doors perfect for a morning coffee and relaxing. Didier, our host was wonderful and very helpful with getting to know the city and making sure we had everything we needed. This apartment is well located for easy walking into the heart of Sevilla or enjoying the many delicious restaurants right around our corner. Wonderful trip, thank you Didier we will be back!!!

4-day stay in Sevilla
This third-floor apartment in a quiet residential building has 1-br, 1.5ba with kitchen, full size fridge, stove, clothes washing machine, and balcony. Accessible by stairs or elevator has an underground garage for car (added fee). Located at northern edge of old town was an easy walk into the old town (Cathedral, alcazar, Plaza de Espana, and more). Apartment and linens were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, flatware, glasses, and some spices. AC worked wonderfully and the marble floors helped to keep apartment cool. Owner was extremely helpful providing routes for walking to old town, things to do, and nearby markets and restaurants. We are already thinking of returning to stay in same apartment.

Inoubliable
Seville est une ville qui regotge de merveilles ! L'alcazar et la Cathédrale ssans compter les palais privés qui se visitent.Tout ceci daune ambiance Sevillane ou le flamenco est culte. Se promener dans la ville est une découverte de surprises...

Excellente adresse pour un séjour à Séville!
L'appartement est très agréable et bien qu'il ne soit pas situé au centre ville nous avons pu faire toutes nos visites à pied. Didier nous avez envoyé un guide de Séville qui s'est avéré fort utile. Merci pour son accueil et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous renouvellerions cette expérience.

Ruhige Wohnung an guter Lage
Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Altstadt, dennoch lässt sich diese gut zu Fuss erkunden. Im Viertel gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, einzukaufen, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Wenige Minuten entfernt gibt es zudem eine Bushaltestelle und den Bahnhof erreicht man zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Von Didier, dem Vermieter, wurden wir sehr nett empfangen. Er ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation hat prima funktioniert. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Sevilla net buiten het historische centrum
Voor ons ideaal gelegen net buiten het historische centrum. Binnen 15-20 min lopen zijn alle uithoeken van centrum Sevilla bereikbaar. Het appartement is superschoon, grote inloop douche, eigen terras, en heel rustig gelegen ( geen verkeerslawaai, en supermarkt op de hoek, restaurants om de hoek, benzinestation om de hoek met kleine winkel. Net appartement buiten de drukte van het centrum.

The apartment is in a location that makes super easy to walk to all the attractions that we wanted to see. Didier was there with information and ideas which made our trip very enjoyable. Fantastic Property!
We loved this place - very spacious with a modern decor, quiet and spotlessly clean. Our host Didier was most helpful in making arrangements for access to the property and providing advice on the local sights and amenities. Public transit and an excellent grocery store are just a few steps away. Within walking distance of the beautiful historic centre of Seville. Underground parking (at a modest additional cost) was a blessing in an area where on-street parking is in very short supply. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fijn appartement op een mooie locatie
Appartement ligt bij de oude stadsmuur van de wijk Macarena. Naar het historisch centrum is ongeveer 25 minuten lopen, of 6 haltes met de bus. Het appartement voldoet prima, alleen de matrassen van de bedden zijn aan vervanging toe. Grote supermarkt is op een steenworp afstand.
