* Location: 5 star * Property: 4 or maybe 3.5 star (not saying it is bad, but is rated as 5-star everywhere and it just is not; it should be changed) * Convenience: 5-star (right next to the Cathedral, 200 m from the Alcazar, plenty of dining and bars all around) * Noise: 3-star (does get noisy and stays that way late into the night; And the cathdral’s massive bell tolls non-stop for like 5 minutes every hour!!) * Staff: 3-star (not friendly, very business-y) * Breakfast: 4-star (nice small spread, with made-to-order eggs) * Rooftop: Nice bar with beautiful views of cathedral and surroundings! * Overall: 3.5 star

A fantastically located hotel opposite the Cathedral, we opted for a Cathedral view room and were not disappointed. The staff were fantastic, great on reception and in the breakfast area. It can be a little loud at night but for the central location with bars and restaurants on the doorstep and convenience of this location to all major sights this can be overlooked. We really enjoyed our stay here and thoroughly recommend this hotel and its team.

This property was so conveniently located to everything! It was beautifully unique in that it had a number of different designated areas, 3 restaurants, indoor bar & rooftop bars with amazing views of the cathedral! Staff was friendly and attentive! I can’t say enough about the staff!!!! I will absolutely recommend this hotel first and foremost to anyone who will be staying in Seville!!!!

The Doorman was completely rude. They need a better system for roof top access, and guest entry. We stayed to nights and every time we walked in the doorman would be extremely rude and stop of from going in. We had to show our room card just to get in. Our shower would also leak onto the floor. The front desk team was some what helpful , they served us a glass of Cava upon arriving so that was nice .
