Overall, it was a great stay. We were on a Main Street across from the cathedral with access to everything we needed. However, despite being on a busy street, things calmed down at night, so there was no disruption while we slept. The property managers were very responsive and kind. They were there to assist us with any questions or accommodations needed in a timely manner. We would come there again if we were back in Seville.

Absolutely loved our stay! My family of 4 had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, with a ton of space. The view of the cathedral is absolutely insane - make sure to check out the rooftop at night for an extra special view. The communication for check in and checkout was perfect. Absolutely stunning! Dream come true location. This was our best stay of our entire trip around Spain. Very modern rooms but with the history and culture surrounding the hotel. My family and I had a great stay here. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. Perfect for a city break. Nice and quiet when you are in your apartment though. You can’t beat this amazing location and head on view of the Cathedral! The stay was perfect for our group of 5 and the beds were comfortable with quality bedding. Bathrooms were basic but modern and spotless. Highly recommend this lovely place which also has a wonderful rooftop where we did our own yoga in the sunrise looking over the cathedral!

Puerta Cathedral great location

Accommodation itself was good. And the location was great. Electronic key was cumbersome to set up and then the actual use on phone was not reliable and others had the same issue. Thank goodness for the key card. There needs to be available 24 x 7. Emergency number was a recording. The safe instructions were in there, however you had to be tall to see them. Then the instructions themselves were difficult to follow. We never had that problem in any of the locations we stayed at.

Magical Location. Attentive Staff.

Magical. I travel a lot and nothing compares to the location of the Cathedral Suites. In addition, the staff was lovely. They were helpful and responsive. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Seville.
