"We opted for three nights here after 2 nights at a 5-star in old town Yogyakarta and were delighted the contrast. This was quiet and more personable. The "in-village" experience was pleasant, never obtrusive. Security and comfort were good. Though much was written in other reviews about the noise from the mosques nearby, they did not bother us at all - it was actually a nice sampling of one part of life for most Indonesians and not disturbing of our rest. The restaurant's range of food choices...
"Good healthy breakfast. Comfortable stay. Eco friendly environment. Excellent communication via WhatsApp - like it. Our bung as low faced padi field. Good to relax, walk round the village and chill from the hustle and bustle of the city especially after 2N in Malioboro"
"Stayed there before catching our flight the following morning. Right from check in to check out, we were treated exceptionally courteously by each and every staff member with always a smile on their faces. We had a steak dinner and drinks at their rooftop lounge and the steak was prepared exactly to the specs we had asked for. Next day we took a free shuttle to the airport. I highly recommend this place and would without a doubt stay here again in our future trips to Jogja. Thanks to all the...

"Room small but good enough for overnight. Toilet has rain and hand shower- good. Comfortable bed with big pillows. Free shuttle to airport 5 minutes drive only. Convenient. "
"Absolutely gorgeous views all around the property. Staff is kind and attentive. Room a little small but doable. Property looks new. Very well maintained. We didn’t have much luck with the food but it may be because our taste buds are different. If you are here do get a massage. It was the best massage I had outside of Thailand. My neck pain is gone and I’m happy. "
"We liked the Colonial architecture, and the size of our rooms was very spacious. Great views of the rice fields, its lush greenery landscapes. The meals were delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Nice variety for us. Also the staff were very welcoming and it had a cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel. "
"Beautiful villas, fabulous staff who are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We were here for 4 nights, loved villa 215 which was a modern executive villa - nice large private pool.
Loved it here, best hotel in this trip."

"The interior from the entrance to reception and lobby has a spacious character of a forest. Muted colour grace the ID peppered with Batik elements and sympathetic art works streaming to the bedrooms. The pool in the podium block is breath taking in quiet intimacy with the landscape, bringing you away from the madding crowds. Such a pleasure to celebrate our vacation with this project which reflects timelessness between tradition and modernity. Congratulations to the architects. A+!! "
