The farm across the water contributes to the country side feeling and the horse back riding on that farm gives it all an extra dimension. Uitzicht op de molen van het dorp waar een hotel/restaurant met terras, en een kleine buurtsuper zijn gevestigd. Er is een klein haventje. Een bezoek aan het Ruurd Wiersma museum is een aanrader. Mooi gebied om te fietsen"
