"This is a very clean, well-lit, wonderfully equipped place. We enjoyed our stay very much! I liked how well lit the parking lot was and how clean the property and 1BR unit were. The walls are slightly thin, could hear neighbors TV. The view is beautiful and amenities are wonderful.. Would definitely come back. "This unit was easy to find and only a mile from the Parkway but felt far out and private. It looks exactly as it does in the photos. Super clean, lots of amenities, comfortable beds. Suggestion to owners: let guests know how to find the cable. It’s automatically on Samsung tv and we had a hard time figuring out how to get to spectrum so we could watch football. (On remote choose source then select unknown). Would for sure stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our visit to this property. However, it is difficult to enjoy the hot tub with safety in mind, with the activity of the bears. If anything can be suggested, I would strongly recommend moving the hot tub to the upstairs balcony. Also, we suggest curtains, patio blinds or some form of partition around the hot tub for privacy. "

"The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, as well as convenient to Dollywood and the Smoky Mountains. The crate provided and enclosed yard was ideal for our 17 lb dog. The house was located far enough off main roads to be quiet and walkable with our dog.
