Entering directly into the living room you are welcomed in via a traditional cottage stable door; the living room boasts a wood burner perfect for them cosy nights in front of the fire after a day exploring the local countryside or visiting the many attractions in nearby towns and villages, such as Ludwell village shop/store (award winning) which is 1 mile away from the property. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer. The dining room is the perfect place to relax in the morning or evening with a well-earned home cooked dinner. The family bathroom is across the hallway from the living room where you have a shower over bath, toilet, and basin.
Taking the stairs to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, the main bedroom being a double and the second bedroom a single. Due to the narrow winding staircase up to the first floor the property is less suitable for those of limited mobility.
