"Hands down the best experience ever! The service was outstanding. The rooms, food, service everything was beyond amazing. The ambience at night with lovely music and songs was a cherry on the top. Special thanks to Adil, Elipenaj, Elcin and the lovely sheesha guy made our stay top notch. We didnt feel like going out of the resort and enjoyed our time staying there. "

"Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes. The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested. During checkout, we were unexpectedly told that we had a "debt" to the restaurant, even though we had already paid for everything. This caused another unnecessary delay while they tried to sort it out. The room cleaning service was also below standard — our room wasn’t cleaned at all on the second day, despite us being out for most of it. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Poor service, lack of organization, and cleanliness issues made it a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it to others."

"The room had a very nice view of the city and surrounding mountains. It was spacious and had every thing I needed. There is a nice terrace also with a good view . Most people were having tea, but they serve nice food as well. I enjoyed the chicken lüla kebabs amd they were tasty."

"The hotel has poor access for almost 5 kms -unpaved road, very difficult to reach. Rooms are at different levels -not easily accessible. This information should be provided at booking time so one can make an informed choice . Hotel is very far from Sheki city"
