Friendly staff. Spacious and odorless room. despite being a bit dated (have some signs of wearing on the walls), the hotel condition is well maintained. Housekeeping was great too. Good location, literally connected to exit 4 of the Century Park metro station (but this is without lift access, so would recommend to take exit 1 if you need the lift).

Very welcoming and supportive hotel staff.

Fantastic support from the staff. I was able to make a very early check in and a late checkout, which was great since had a very early flight in and a late flight out of Shanghai.

Great value

Great value, very affordable and convenient. The subway station, line 2, a direct line to the Maglev and Pudong airport, is situated adjacent to the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Aiosa whose charm and smiling face at the breakfast venue on the second floor was always a great way to start off the day.
