We booked Tony's home rather last minute as a Labor Day retreat for my family and several friends, we were blown away by the facilities on-site and closeness to the lake. "Great property with great view, cute suite with everything we needed for a short stay while getting our daughter settled back in at Amherst College. Enjoyed a nice dinner nearby at Blue Rock Shelburne Falls, a little shopping and coffee at Mocha mayas and Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters. My husband did a little fly fishing just off the property in the Deerfield River. Thank you!"

"My extended family and I had a very nice getaway here. We relaxed, skied at Mt Snow and some even shopped one day. House is well equipped and clean and updated. Bed were comfortable, plenty of towels and everything else like hot water, laundry facilities etc was all up to what I would have in my own home. Great place for a VT getaway no matter what your activity or goal."
