The House of Suede Serviced Apartment boasts cutting edge interior and panoramic views from the three balcony openings situated throughout the property. Overlooking the heart of the Kelham Region, the main bedroom offers an upholstered double bed which is dressed with the finest of linen to ensure comfort in style. The room features wall embedded ambient lighting throughout, operated from your bedside, to allow you to set the mood for your desired vibe. Leisure in peace whilst watching Netflix on your 65" wall mounted Smart Television equipped with all the applications one could desire. Finished with a fitted wardrobe and built in chest of drawers all the essentials are equipped within. From a Hairdryer to Hangers and a Steam Iron & Board we have it all.

The living space features a super comfortable and stylish 3-seater leather sofa-bed. If you’d like the sofa bed to be made up for you prior to your stay, please request this on your booking and we will get it prepared for you. Fully opening into a standard double bed this boosts our guest capacity to four persons maximising you and your guests comfort. For an off your feet experience take a seat in the corner situated egg chair whilst posing for a picture or watching a show of your choice. Equipped with a 48" OLED Smart Television enjoy an immersive experience on the built in applications or find your gaming side with the Playstation 4 accompanied, an array of games and two controllers are also available.

A walk-in overhead shower is presented in the bathroom alongside a range of essentials from towels to shaver & toothbrush kits, body lotion, shower caps, hand/body wash and shampoo.

The fully serviced kitchen integrated with high end appliances has been kitted out to perfection, ready for anything from serving up one of Sheffield’s many amazing takeaways, to preparing your own home-cooked meals from scratch. A built-in Fridge/Freezer, Oven & Hob, Microwave, Toaster and hot and cold filtered water dispenser is all at your disposal. All culinary and crockery is provided alongside complimentary Tea, Coffee & Delights for you to indulge in.

Beautiful, modern & clean
Stayed here after a afternoon/evening round Kelham Island. The apartment was beautiful, very clean & modern. Attention to detail was excellent throughout the apartment. Had a drink on the roof top terrace, which was lovely with the fairy lights round, listening to the music from the bar down below. Customer service was excellent too, quick to reply back to msgs. Vey helpful, Thank you Khateeb. I would highly recommend staying & would be very happy to come stay again.

Develop area, when open windows,v noise, hopefully, finish soon. Faulty lift during stay. Air freshener annoying. Other than that, the rest good. Strong recommendation when the above fixed.
