Can’t fault it
"A great welcome when checking in. The staff had a lot thrown at them and they managed beautifully. Both coffee machines giving up on the same day one of the lifts broke down and a large group of overseas visitors arrived. They arranged hot water for drinks and the kitchen staff worked really hard ..."
