"This hotel is fantastic and right on the beach! The restaurant is delicious. We do have a few minor complaints. We booked the 700sf suite. It had the obvious bathroom trash cans, but only one other small can. Definitely need a bigger can when housekeeping only comes every 2-3 days. For a beach hotel, I would expect hooks to hang wet swimsuits and towels on. There’s not a single hook in the room at all. It would also be convenient for a room that size to have a larger refrigerator, even if it’s still ‘mini’, and a small sink at the ‘kitchen’ area. The pillows are your typical terrible hotel pillow, but we bough cheap pillows from the Walmart down the street for the week. The elevators are also poorly programmed and just do not work efficiently at all. The service is excellent, however, and came immediately when we had a clogged toilet and a broken tv remote. "

"The lady at the front nice as alwasy the pool was clean but could of been a little cooler it was a little too heated i heard it was like 93 degrees overall 10/10 property "

"The inside of the room was spotless! Very hot shower and very comfortable bed. Room had been updated. Outside of building was missing paint from salt water and concrete needed pressure washing BUT once inside in all areas, including the nice hot tub and pool area.. spotless.. we will return in the summer since the beach rafting is so nice "

"3 days and the staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was great. Room Was quiet and nicely appointed. No complaints and the view was beautiful. We were very early but the lady Say I believe was her name made an effort to find us the same room that was already cleaned a few stories higher which was perfect. Overall a very nice experience. "

"Garbage was overflowing. Handicap spots farther away then the gold guest?? Hard to find on GPS not sure building faces adequately to not have you get lost in the other parts where there are condos and timeshares."
