Once the dam was installed, the home was raised, expanded and sits on 3 lakefront lots with an easy walk to the water for relaxing, swimming or mooring your boat/jet ski. Located on the quiet and calm water end of Big Bay with warm, clear water and only a short 5-minute drive to Shell Knob Harter House grocery store, ski shop, town.

Home features a full remodel 10-years ago, full length southern exposure deck facing the water, expansive sliding doors, newer air conditioning, wood burning fire place, outdoor fire pit, updated fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, RV/Boat trailer parking area and close local boat launches.

AVAILABLE FOR THE FIRST TIME TO RENT IN FALL 2024 as this has been our family home since purchased. We are VRBO experienced hosts and look forward to offering the same guest experiences as below:
