Spacious house for a small family or 2 couples, with a fenced yard where kids could roam a bit safely, but without a gate to keep kids or pets from straying out onto the highway. Overall the house was clean, but with quite a bit of pet hair on the living room carpet: an issue for those with allergies. Our visit was during some very cool rainy fall weather, and the heat had been off for some time when we arrived, so it took many hours to get room temperature back up into the 60s. But in warmer weather this would obviously not be an issue.

The floors were sticky and the towels provided didn't look clean. Otherwise the rest of the property was fine and served our purpose for place to stay for the night.

Three night stay
It was a great place fairly clean and new a few minor stains on a couple of towels and linen. A lot of details were awesome. Kids felt right at home. Thanks so much. The keyless entry instructions were blocked by VRBO which was a little inconvenient late in our arrival day after having lost 5 hours to the flat tire repair. Overall great place!

Air did not flow. Place felt stuffy. Fans to circulate the air would have been helpful. Kitchen was not well.stocked. we needed teaspoons, smaller glass, a more mugs .also there were 6 of us and we were oy given 5 large towels and 2 hand towels and no wash cloths.towels. We would have liked 6 of each.howerer place was clean and well.located. we enjoyed our stay.h.

This property was very clean looking and smelling. However, I found out on our arrival day that we were unable to flush toilet paper down the toilet. We were told to put the toilet paper in a trash can provided. I think this is very unsanitary and for what we paid, an outrageous requirement. The beds were very hard and the yard was not maintained so my grandkids could not play outside because I didn’t know what was under all the weeds and grass. The picture showed a manicured lawn at the front door. This was Astro turf, which I feel was very deceiving. 🙁 I need to say again though that it was very clean inside.

Decent, BUT ...
The pictures were better than it was. The driveway could barely be seen from the street because of grown weeds 3' tall, and missing #'s.The yard had tall weeds everywhere too with bits of trash. The floors were uneven, the furniture not comfortable. You weren't supposed to flush any toilet paper in the toilet due to septic system. The king size bed had board slats you could feel. The couch had a very short back and was not comfortable. Everything was new looking and nicely done but cleaning staff was lacking. Trash can had old food all around the top and lid, cabinets had spills of food on them that I wiped up. The rate was higher than they posted and not worth it. Won't stay there again.

Great place
Overall our stay was great. The home was very clean and had great access to our destinations. The only bad part of the stay was the beds. The mattress in the master bedroom was so thin that we could feel boards of the box springs. It was very uncomfortable and disruptive. It may have been the worst night’s sleep we’ve ever had. The second bed mattress was hard, but manageable compared to the master bedroom mattress.

Driving up to the property was very difficult the grass was so overgrown you could barely see the turn to go in and the address. Once arriving to the property at first glance everything looked remodeled and nice but after putting our stuff down we realized we were not alone the house was infested with termite ants the floors are caving in there is dips all over the place and spiders to make it worse there was only two towels for a family of five and two coffee cups no sheets for the extra couches for our family to sleep and hair and dirt everywhere the couch was covered in debris food crumbs and toys it would have been and could be a great experience if the owners came out more often and checked on the place and maintained it their shelves or hired someone new to maintain it there was even hair in our ice that the refrigerator makes totally grossed out sure hope that they can fix the issues and make this place great but until then I warn you

The property was not as shown in the VRBO photos. The premises were overgrown with grass and weeds so we were not able to use the yard. There were carpenter ants in the bathroom and the flooring was coming apart. The house could sleep four, but was set up for two. We registered with three guests and were given two towels, one hand towel and one washcloth. When we requested additional towels we were told no. The bbq was dirty and there was no propane for it. When we requested propane and a brush to clean it we were told the rental didn’t come with them. We also had to pay extra for damage insurance that was non-refundable. Lastly the beds were horrid - hard, lumpy and felt like you were lying on a box spring. Definitely would not stay here again.
