"My husband and I took our adult children and grandchildren to Massanutten resort for weekend of snow tubing and just relaxing family time after the busy holiday. The house was perfect for our family and met all of our needs. We drove around Shenandoah’s Sky Line Dr and came back to amazing weather and spent a few hours in the hot tub. "The property is not handicap friendly. I walk with a cane. You have to walk quite a bit, even if you park in a handicap space. There were no luggage carriers, so we had to make two trips. Also, there was no microwave in the room. At this price there should be one."

"The front desk manager, Melissa, was extremely helpful when there was an issue with the thermostat in our room. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to an impending snow storm, we had to cut our stay short. Melissa worked with the gentleman from Expedia to complete my travel insurance claim. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future."
