I stayed with my 17 years old son, the Room was big, beds comfortable, everything very clean and nice smell. We arrived and we got a complimentary tea time snack... It was delicious 😋, cake, breads, coffee, tea, etc . Then a late night snack also was delicious, we loved the soups then. At morning we got the buffet breakfast, so many different options, it was delicious everything. The reception was fast to Check out and very helpful. A russian girl at the reception was so efficient and nice too. It was a great choice and a great experience 🙂🙂🙂

We had a great stay at Huaqiang plaza hotel. We especially wanted to say how great Daphne was in helping us get our family to the train station. One of our family members has a disability and she was especially cognizant of his needs. The free laundry machines were appreciated but not all machines worked properly.

This hotel is located right on line 2 subway station Within 1-2,minute walk to electronic centre and buildings where there are multiple selections The hotel provide us with afternoon tea and after 9 pm with noodles cookies… The staff are courteous and very helpful On the day we left the concierge called the taxi for us Minor inconvenience you have to take the elevator to 23 floor for check in The food on the 3 floor was excellent and we were introduced to a huge vip room though there are only six of us and we had our own party! We really enjoyed staying in this hotel as we did not detect smoking and the price is reasonable

I like the location and the hotel room. Its convenient with lots of shopping and good food. What jmpressed me most is the service staff. Ms Hannah assisted in the check in. It was swift and polite. The explicit service is when she asked for my wechat and added me as friend. She would text and ask how was my stay and if i need any help. Appreciate her injtiative and sincerity. Ms Beta assisted in the booking of private car via app. She was patient and even walked us to the lobby lift to see us off. Her smile and helpfulness touched us much. Last but not least, Ms Winnie. She helped us booked a cab to airport and ensure we have the cab info and together with Ms Hannah, brought our luggage into the lift and waved and smiled warmly till the lift door closed. It was such a heartwarming gesture. We feel so blessed to be served by these 3 wonderful staff at the hotel. We definitely would like to return to this hotel soon!

Hotel locates on top of Huaqiang North Metro station of A exit which is quite convenient by public transportation or take a cab. Walking distance to Huaqiang electronic world and shopping malls. Particularly love the welcoming and friendly staff & services as they will proactively assist if I need any help. Room and facilities maintain good and clean, a enjoyable stay overall speaking and definitely will come back again.

I recently stayed at the Huaqiang Plaza Hotel, and it was my fourth time staying at the hotel, I have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the convenient location. I would also like to commend a staff member named Beta 貝塔 who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and answering any questions I had, and her excellent service made a real difference in my experience.

What an amazing hotel and staff. I have been coming for many years, and am always amazed how Jonathan and Olyana take care of our needs. In fact, this last trip was super surprising as they made a fantastic birthday party for us in our room, with balloons, placards, cake and gifts. Service was beyond what i have seen elsewhere in all my years of travel. Thank you so much for the extra attention to us. Looking forward to my next visits even more.
