Golf Paradise

Loved my stay and so convenient to wake up have a shower and walk to the first tee from my room for a game of golf on an excellent golf course. The staff at check in and pro shop were very friendly

Great old school motel vibe with a lovely outdoor patio. We stayed on the ground floor. Really big rooms. Very well maintained. Everything you need. Only minor complaint were that the pillows were pretty thin but overall loved our stay here looking out into the golf course.

Dated 80's style double story brick property which was well located on the end of the 18th hole. Serviced daily by friendly staff who were happy to assist with any requests. Golf club has meals on weekends and bar is open till ariund 6.00pm daily. Rooms were clean with tea, coffee and microwave and toaster. Crockery and cutlery also supplied. We stated for 6 days and enjoyed our stay. Its a little way out of own so a car is a must, although I did see some bus stops in the area. Uber is about $20 to get into Shepperton itself if needed. Highly recommend this motel if you are sick of hearing traffic noise or looking at a car park out your window.

Was given an early check in which was well appreciated. Nice experience for the one night I was there. Staff always happy to help and nice to talk to. The only thing i would mention is that there was a card in the room that offered a continental breakfast to the room. When i enquired about this i was told that because no one was available at the time it couldn't be provided. Not a massive issue but would have a convenient service.

The property was in a nice area of Shepparton. It was close (5 min) drive to the main strip. Located on the golf course, one side of the apartment was parking the other backed onto the course. The cleanliness of the room was ok, there was a lot of dust. A set of draws between the beds was misaligned, which revealed a significant level of dust. The hot water service ran out of water very quickly. We were a family of four, so this was a big issue. Further, even though the room was the right size for four (queen and two singles) an extra charge was added for an extra guest. Given the lack of hot water and the simplicity of the accomodation, the cost was not great. (Plus visitors smoking nearby, cars left idling at front door, not awesome!) However, that said - the location is great for city access and we didn't stay long enough to try the in-house restaurant.

It was peaceful. Feedback /improvements 1) Wire hangers? I left hangers after a clear out at my mothers(reason for visit) as wire hangers from dry cleaners are really useless. I hope you can use the ones I've left for other rooms. 2) Rubbish bins not emptied (asked a cleaner) should this be done daily? 3) No instructions for the TV and other options (might be helpful for those who aren't familiar with streaming options and how to navigate from tv to streaming. 4) Had to move the microwave onto the space on top of the fridge as no power point where located? 5) Fridge - needs to be retired... no door on the freezer compartment and no bars on door - limits how you can use. Otherwise lovely and will come again when down from Sydney next and may need to do group booking for other family members and helping out my elderly mum. Cheers
