"We had an amazing stay and will be definitely staying there again. The room was big and clean for such a reasonable price. The view was nice of the mural across the street, the bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The reception service on arrival and during was 10 stars and very friendly. Thank you so much for making our stay the greatest even if it was for a short while."

"This motel is the best motel my wife and i have ever stayed in, everything was just perfect. Staff very pleasant even when we asked if it was possible to have a ground floor owing to my wife's disability. Not only did they accommodate us with a ground floor unit, they up graded us to a Grand suite at no extra expense. This has been our second stay and will definitely stay again the next time we visit Shepparton."

"This property needs a lot of maintenance. The carpets were terrible, all worn and bubbling, it felt like there was no underlay underneath the carpet. There was paint peeling from the walls and the whole place needs a good clean and repainting. The unit next door had nice floor boards and was much nicer. The soap dispensers in the showers are tacky. The kitchen was dirty, the cupboards needed wiping and the glass ware dirty. There was only one wine glass in the cupboard. The only good thing about the unit was the beds were comfortable and the linen and towels nice. Unfortunately in my opinion it was not worth the money it cost to stay there. On a positive note, it has potential to be a very nice unit if it was renovated."
