Perfect location to downtown
This cozy house is less than 10 min walk to all of downtown Sheridan. The backyard & parking were grey plus. The creek walk is outside the door.

Very convenient and versatile
The property was perfect for my family to catch up with friends and relatives all enjoying the festivities around the Wyo Rodeo. The functional layout with common and private spaces helped take the stress out of our stay, and the location is very handy to town.

Great Location and Hosts
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here during the Bighorn Trail Run. It was a perfect location for us to walk to restaurants, shops, the race head quarters, and everywhere we wanted to go downtown. The house is even situated on a creek with a walking path, so the walk was scenic and pleasant. When we couldn’t find a missing tv remote, our hosts arrived within a few minutes of my text to get it all fixed up. Loved chatting with them! I would recommend staying, especially if you want something convenient to downtown.

Great House in Town
We found this house to be in a great location, and very nicely updated. It had all the modern amenities yet still had some country charm. We found the beds to be comfortable, and the in-room air conditioning units were definitely appreciated since we visited during a heat spell. There is a nice walking/jogging path directly behind the house if you visit during the warmer months. We had a great time walking around downtown and found no shortage of shops & restaurants to explore. We had a wonderful time during our short stay and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Very Comfortable!
This was a perfect place for us to stay the weekend. The king bed was amazing! Comfortable couch and Roku TV. Its right next to the river and a walking path so we got to take an early morning walk. The temps were very hot and the room AC units kept up just fine. I look forward to staying again!

Sweet Place
We have relatives in Sheridan and visit frequently. This place is close to Dairy Queen and then Rib and Chop! Very good location. Bring your drip coffee maker if you bring coffee as it only has Kurig machine. If you prefer nonstick egg pan, bring yours, otherwise they have a great set of stainless. Fantastic little place that our dogs loved as they have a doggie door that goes right outside. Loved the place and would go again!

Perfect distance from the Big Horns
The house was just right for my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and their dog. Walked daily with the dog along the river. House was perfect distance from the Big Horn mountains which was our reason for being in this area. We did breakfast and supper at the house and had everything we needed for meal prep. Thanks for the chocolate and popcorn.

Perfect Location
The cottage is steps from downtown Sheridan and the walking trail. The perfect spot for our mother/daughter weekend. We walked to shops and restaurants. The cottage is exactly as pictured and was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Four retired teachers get together
It is a cute place and the perfect size for four retired women to enjoy a few days together. The location was excellent because it’s within walking distance to downtown area and right next to the walking path. We shopped, took in some polo games and had a pickle ball lesson!

Very cute nicely located house
A very cute house with a river walk path right next to the property. Walking distance to a convenience store and centrally located in town so it’s an easy drive to anywhere you’d like to go. The house is smaller in size so if you have a lot of gear for outdoor activities it might be better to stow it in the fenced yard. The fenced yard is great for a small dog to get some exercise and it’s safe. It’s an older home but clean, and it has a washer/dryer that is really nice to have. There is an air conditioner in the bedrooms only, but it’s plenty of cool air to keep the house comfortable.

Very cozy and a great location!
I wish we could have stayed longer than just 2 days in this little house. It's perfectly located right next to a walking trail along the river and it's also just a short walk to downtown Sheridan and a multitude of restaurants and shops. It's a very comfortable place and has everything you need, including a fenced yard for your furry friend if you bring them along. The bed was so comfortable, I snapped a picture of the mattress and bought one for myself when I got home.

Lovely house in a great location
We had a great time staying here with our dog Ziggy.The place was clean, tastefully decorated with good amenities but best of all was the location, walking distance to everything in town, would 100% stay again. Thanks!
