"We visit Norfolk every New Year, and this was our first time staying in this building. The building itself is stunning and I had high hopes that our stay would be brilliant. I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! The checking in process was OK, although the key lock box was very difficult to open, and it took us about 30 minutes. We arrived to a very smelly apartment, with the main stench (sewage) coming from the bathroom in the master bedroom, and the kitchen. We decided to not use this bathroom as the smell was so awful. To note we had been left with just half a toilet roll for the entire apartment. The curtains in my sons room are a joke and do not cover the windows at all, and this bathrrom was so dirty with spilt make up splashed up the wall. One of the sofas was in the garden and the one in the apartment is being held up by some wood and bricks. This was so uncomfortable, and the pictures in the listing show 2 sofas. The bed linen had stains on it. The towels were so tatty and frayed. And the mattress in the master bedroom is beyond uncomfortable. Having looked into the company running this property, and others, it seems like comfort is not a priority for their customers, just making money and creating a lot of similar companies that all do the same. To add we also received a call on our 2nd day asking where we had left the key as they thought we were only staying for 1 night. "

"Everything was perfect. I'm not surprised Jacquie and Dean are hosts as they are passionate about the stay at Hooray Henrys being memorable for each and every guest. I speak for myself of course but they could not do enough - decor well thought out, sumptuous duvet, mattress and pillows and a delicious home cooked breakfast, to name just a few things. Such attention to detail! Put your breakfast order in the evening before and you will get baked beans in a delightful dainty teacup. There are even scissors too to open the pesky sachets of tomato ketchup! I have always wanted to stay at Hooray Henry's and I got my wish. I hope to return. "The property was a bit unloved. No carpets anywhere, just felt cold. Mind the owner was very good, we struggled with the Tv and he got back to us, quickly and the problem got solved. "

"A great house with plenty of space! Location is very close to the beach as well as the town which has lots of lovely shops, pubs, cafes and more. Beds were comfy. Handy having a laundry room with small children. Lots of stair gates and bed guards in the house to use. A few areas needed some deeper cleaning. Overall it was a perfect house for a large family/group. "
