Not cleaned before arrival and poor communication.
Check in is 5pm, instructions for check where to be sent by 4:30. We arrived at 5 and had not received instructions. After messaging through the app and calling the number listed with no response I text the number. We had reservations at 6 and needed to unload and change. When we finally got a call back with door code I entered to find the beds not made, trash in the trash cans and weed all over the kitchen counter tops. I informed the manager and he assured me they would come flip it while we ate. When we returned they had put a new fitted sheet over the existing dirty one and no other sheet. Same pillow cases. Weed still on counter. Smoke detectors still beeping. No towels replaced but dirty ones removed. Pillows were filthy! It was a miserable stay. Location was great for concerts, but the management is very lacking.
