"This owner was completely unresponsive! I reached out multiple times before check-in to get travel information and notify him of my arrival, and you know what? He ignored every single message! When I finally showed up at the location, it was a ghost town—no one was there! I immediately reported this unresponsive owner to VRBO support, and they assured me they would find me an alternative accommodation the same day. Well, guess what? It's been over 14 days, and I still haven't seen a single penny...

"Terrible experience. We couldn’t stay in this property, because the host said that they have other guests. They didn’t care about our reservation. Even the host said they don’t have account with expedia. The VRBO agents just said SORRY, you can grt your refund. And we could finnaly find another hotel at 10pm via other website, because VRBO with expedia couldn’t find any solutions for us. If you are going to book this property, please think twice. "

"The owner of this place didn’t honor our reservation. We arrived late and all rooms were already occupied. We had to look for a different place somewhere in the city in the middle of the night. Do not recommend this place at all. The owner received our money but turned us down."
