"This hotel was beautiful! The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I loved the pajamas that were folded in our room. The public bath was nice - it was my first time trying a public bath but it was easy and comfortable with their clearly posted instructions and clean facilities. Our room was beautiful with high tech lighting and bathroom, and i used the soaker tub about 5 times because it was so comfortable. Konbini attached is also very convenient. will come again! "

"This is a wonderful hotel. The staff was very hospitable and made us feel welcomed. We arrived at the hotel early and they held our luggage until check-in and delivered in our rooms when we came back later. They provided all the amenities we needed and free snacks. Onsen was very relaxing. Very good breakfast. We would stay again next time we come to Japan. "
