"This hotel used to be the number one hotel in Jabalpur and it is no longer at that position. The property is run down and the hotel rooms are very outdated. The staff member that helped us during our stay was the only person who is saving this review, to be completely honest. The rooms need an upgrade as does the lobby and the amenities. The hotel's food is OK. "

"Good short stay for 3 days. Very centrally located hotel, close to all amenities. Polite, friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms and corridors. Good breakfast which I paid for separately. Overall very good hotel to stay for short work stay in the heart of town. Good restaurants within walking distance from hotel. Bit noisy in the front rooms due to main road. Manager Gladwyn was very helpful and so were other staff."

"The only thing in this hotel which is good is thier Staff. Rest all is surely not worth the money. Rooms were not clean, Roaches all over the room, No water bottles placed even if you call and ask for water will take atleast 30 mins. Location is was ok ok. Hope Expedia reviews this property before listing them. I checked out 2nd night since it was horrible"
