"Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly. It is in nice location

"It is nice hotel in good location. The only problem with this hotel is that you need to go down to get taxi. There are lot of steps to climb if you have to go early in the morning as the lift will be operational after 8:00 AM. The service is good, and the staff are friendly"
