"We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "

"Modern, clean and cozy. The bar area is hang out for a drink apres ski, but was also a great place to do work. I would stay again for sure, but I would bring my own pillow. I prefer soft bedding and this mattress and pillow were not soft! The breakfast was good!"
