"WOW! We luv this hotel. Just left this morning after 5-nights in Sapporo. Highly professional Japanese staff: even got to try out some of my Japanese words which got a smile. From the time we arrived until our departure we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was near perfect, from daily cleaning/replenishing, to the use of a free shuttle bus whilst staying at the hotel was very handy to get into central Sapporo. The hotel is situated just a few train stops from the central city: so it is very convenient without being in the traditional touristy areas: quiet, very modern, easy access to Sapporo’s wonderful subway train system, Odori Park, TV Tower and other great places. As the days progressed we found ourselves walking more & more, as we got our bearings. The food in Sapporo is simply incredible! You MUST make the time to visit this small wonderful city & Hokkaido itself. We would highly recommend that you stay at this particular hotel as you will not be disappointed. We got it at a very reasonable price through Expedia, months ago: all our hotels for this holiday are with them: their service, pricing & support are A1. Anyway, back to our hotel. Would we stay again, at the price point: Most Definitely! One of our great stays in our post-covid travels. We rate this as an almost perfect score of 4.9 out of 5: a minor deduction, for the currency exchange rate provided and the non-availability of room service. Just minor stuff really. "Excellent hotel, Great location within 200m from Tanukikoji shopping street, public transportation and comfortable walking distance to the airport limousine. Staff are very polite, professional and communicate well in English. Room is comfortable and they provided daily change of towels in clean sealed plastic bags hung on the door. Housekeeping lady was very polite too. I am very amazed that they had a washing/dryer machine, provided laundry detergent, had a microwave and excellent provision of room amenities to take from the lobby. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel 👍👍 The only pity was the Japanese hotel breakfast I was looking forward to, was closed and under renovation. However, I believe they are doing this to upgrade the overall experience for future travellers. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my winter holiday in March 2026. Thank you for making my stay great 👍 "

"Located immediately opposite the very large Sapporo Factory shopping centre with wide range of shops & restaurants. Short distance in 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes walking is the JR Tower with all around Observation Deck,shops and restaurants. Hotels was well appointed and staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal for 2 night stay."

"An excellent hotel in the heart of Susukino. There are two subway stations close by, each within a 5min walking distance. There are plenty of dining options and shops and shōtengai close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby also had an espresso machine for the guests that need a shot or boost after a long day. Overall, my family and I would definitely be back the next time we visit Sapporo."

"I didn't have a car. So I don't know about the parking situation. The place is great for shopping. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and shopping center. The room is very clean and staff is very kind. "

"Staff were competent and helpful. Toiletries were high quality. Location is prime and perfect. The room is small but has all of the necessary items, looks modern, has a great bidet, tv with casting, and you can see if the washing machines are occupied on the tv. Only complaint with this hotel is the power outlet for charing your phone is directly over your head on the headboard. I've stayed here twice and will likely return. "
