"We very much enjoyed our stay on Nevins Lake at the Nook. Very clean! everything we could need in the kitchen and the bathroom supplied. We were very comfortable, loved the lake, though too cold to get in in November in Michigan. We hope to come back in warmer times and make use of the kayaks! They thought of everything, and were very good to work with, communicate with. We recommend staying here for that much needed quiet break!"

"This could be the best little cabin. But needs some updating and a deep clean. The coffee pot leaks out the bottom and the vacuum smelled like dog. They have fold out couches, cool but need some refurb, Not comfortable. Very dark many light fixtures were missing bulbs or burned out. The bunk beds need vacuuming under the mattresses. If the place were cleaned & fixed up. We’d stay again. Otherwise there are other choices out there same price & much nicer. "

"This was an absolute perfect isolated spot to unwind. My partner and I stayed early October- peak fall color season- with our senior dog. The view was absolutely amazing. The cabin had everything you could possibly need. There are neighbors but they're far enough and trees provide a great deal of privacy so hardly noticed they were there. "We really enjoyed our stay on here. The cabin was very comfortable and had many of the amenities for a nice stay. The view of the lake is gorgeous. We are familiar with the neighborhood as my parents live right down the road from this cabin so finding it was not difficult for us. However I would reach out to the host before you lose phone service to get very detailed instructions to the cabin itself as it would be somewhat difficult for anybody who does not know the area. "
