Loved this hotel! Its a JR hotel which is right next to the station, so convenient to get to. Clean quiet hotel and the beds were so comfortable, had the best sleep!!!

Compared to Tokyo station, this hotel being adjacent to the Shizuoka station provides access to the JR trains and Shinkansen in a more compact layout. The shopping and dining venues inside the station are convenient and reasonably priced.

Was told I booked a smoking room when I actually reserved a non-smoking one. The counter staff changed to non-smoking but was a king bed instead of the two twin I requested.

We stayed three nights here. The room was relatively small for three people. It is conveniently located next to Shizuoka Station. There are coin machine laundry service. We are glad we selected this hotel for our trip.

Hotel was right next to the train station. Plus many buses that go to all major tourist destinations are also there. Check-in was easy, staffs were helpful and friendly. However once I was checked into my “non smoking” room, the smell of cigarette forced me to change room. Staff complied, but the second room has the same issue. So my suspicion was the central air conditioning system. In the end, I had to deal with it by not turning on the air…in “August”! Otherwise everything about the hotel is good.
