"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"

"Fantastic property to stay in with stunning sea views. This property is just perfect for a break in Dawlish. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay, a real home from home! Spy room and gym was a great bonus and the cosy children zone was a big hit ! Hosts Tony and Cheryl were most welcoming and helpful. There was absolutely nothing to fault. We had a wonderful time and we hope to visit again in the future."

"We were 3 families with mostly older teens and young adults. House was very well equipped and in a great location for the seafront. There is short term parking outside for unloading and then a cheap long stay car park a few minutes walk away. House was a good size with a sunny backyard area with large table. Contrary to other reviews, there are 2 proper showers which was more than adequate for us. Everything was very clean and ready to go with keypad entry so easy to get in."

The silence was only interrupted by occasional sounds of cows and sheep in the adjoining fields and the call of the resident pheasant. Diane was welcoming and helpful. "Perfect place to stay for a young family and dog! Great size rooms, safe and secure garden, and everything you could need for a short break. Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit. "Located on the edge of a tiny rural Devon village, this property was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The village pub is great (although you have to be up for the walk up the steep road to get there), and the property hosts were there if you needed them, totally non-invasive if you didn’t. "Had a lovely holiday week. We had the house and flat, ideal for our party of 9 and three dogs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs.
