"It is a great artistic hotel, very clean and good restaurant, staff is awesome and very polite. Garden swimming pool nice. Good for the pet lovers and awesome library collection of books. "
"This is an option you should go for only if you have no other hotels available. Booked two rooms for a night and called 10 days in advance asking for rooms to be next to each other. Hotel confirmed that to be the case. Once we arrive at the property the rooms are not together and the front desk couldn’t do anything as the hotel was fully booked (wonder how?).
Tea service takes 2-3 reminders to arrive. Nothing available after 10 PM, we needed some warm milk for my 2 year old but they couldn’t...

The property looks beautiful at first instant especially in pictures and the rooms are quite spacious, which initially gives a good impression.
One of the biggest disappointments is the restaurant. It is poorly maintained with no proper seating, dirty and damp walls, and mop cloths scattered across the floor to cover the wet areas. It also lack basic amnities in room like toothpaste, toothbrush, towels and even the water bottles are not present in room. The room lock is so poor that it can be broken just with a push making your security compromise.

"Our welcome at the reception was ice-cold no one smiled, slow check-in, we reached exactly on time but rooms weren't ready. When the 2 rooms were allotted (we were 4 family members with a toddler) it was on different floors which was very inconvenient. However, one of the senior receptionist proved to be helpful throughout with driver and some fake police issues. Rooms were sufficiently large and comfortable but linen were not exactly clean. The property condition is poorly maintained especially on the floors and pantry areas are dirty, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, exhaust fan was not working, drinking water in their jugs taste bad so we bought bottled water (had to constantly call reception), no hot water jug inside the rooms. I really liked the food there though their evening tea could be better, morning coffee was terribly pale. I had ordered morning tea in the room but they did not deliver stating its included in the breakfast which is part of our package. But when I went down to their dining area, there was no tea only pale light coffee. Lift was malfunctioning sometimes and mostly busy so I had to climb 2-3 floors up using stairs which was pain. I would probably avoid this property next time considering the price vs service standards."
"If you like being treated like royalty, this is it. Every staff member here are well trained and equipped to help you have a great experience. They have all aspects covered from valley to check in, many food cuisine options, fun activities for children and adults and a seamless check out process with more than 1 persons helping you.
We never waited in lines, staff were available and prompt at taking care of your needs.
The property itself is stunning with many varieties of trees and lush green grass lawns for you to enjoy, they are meticulous about keeping the property aesthetically pleasing and people friendly.
Rooms are very spacious and amenities were more than enough for families to enjoying a relaxing week away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai "
