"We have stayed at this spot multiple times now, and love it every time - if it's sunny and beautiful, or rainy and cozy. It has everything you need and we really like the one room kitchen/living room layout upstairs, with the bedrooms/bathroom downstairs. Also great to have the deck when it's sunny to sit with coffee and a book and listen to and see the ocean. We will definitely be back!"

"This place has the potential to be amazing! Great location, great town, great management BUT the dog friendly feature is hurting you. The place was clean but after about 1/2 hour in the place my daughter and wife began having allergic reactions. My daughter is allergic to pet dander-IF it’s bad. and, it was bad! After not so close inspection, we found pet hair/fur everywhere. It was on the bed covers, in corners of the rooms and even on my pillow. She only gets a reaction if things are bad....

"Perfect location. We looked out on the beach from the front porch, in three days we saw two beautiful sunsets and two rainbows not to mention a whale spout off and on the whole stay. The shops and in town were close by too. We walked through the neighborhood and enjoyed it. My wife suggests that people bring their own hair products and soap/shampoo. The place was comfortable and made our time there fantastic."

"We had a great time staying at the property. Property manager was very responsive. All appliances worked. There were lights left on for our arrival. Took our 2 black labs with us. There towels, bowls, poop bags for dogs, as well as a place to wash them off in the garage. Beach is across the road, with an entrance not far away. Be sure to check the tide charts. "we really had fun at this house. The house is big and warm and clean. Hot tub was great. Our group of 8 had room to spare and were very comfortable. I will also say that I really appreciate the check in instructions being sent EARLY with a door code-- everything went very smoothly, including notification of early check in. "Needed bedding for sofa sleepers. found it in armoire but it was damp. Had to dry it.Scratchy paper-like sheets in upstairs bedroom. Changed them. Dishwasher a bit complicated to use. Loved the house, large dining table to seat all 9 of us! Plenty of room, everything we needed, and a beautiful area! It was a great place to stay."

"Lovely, well-maintained property. The decor leans mid-century modern, though the house was built in 2010, I believe. Very quiet space, and comfortable. My partner and I appreciated the long table where we had our “office,” “game room” for our Wingspan game, and dining table all at once. The house has just about anything you could need (including a selection of nail polishes I found in the main bedroom!). Just be aware that there is no freezer, and no regular oven - only a microwave/convection...
