"This was such a cute hidden gem! The girl at the front was so helpful and forthcoming with all of the hotel and grounds information as well as local eateries. We arrived right after the holidays and they had heated and lighted igloos in the courtyard aa well as a heated pool. "

"It was an OK hotel room: adequate. Our room was a long walk from the lobby and part of it was very icy and slippery. The people working there were friendly and helpful. "

"My room was clean and well-appointed (fridge, microwave, hairdryer, nice bath and shampoo products). Parking was directly outside my room. My only preference would be that the lamps by the bed were too high on the wall to turn on and off from bed. Also, someone in the room above mine was noist at 2am, but that's not the Inn's fault. Very nice staff. "

"This was amazing! All the staff was great! The front desk team stood out the most. I did forget some names but they were all amazing!!! Two guys and a blonde woman. I think one of the guys names was Robert. All around 10/10. The text line with the team was so easy and one of the best highlights and a great way to communicate to the team for whatever we or they needed or requested. This visit was amazing! The serving staff and bar staff was above and beyond!! "

"Center of town, no parking, but you can park overnight in a garage not too far from the hotel. And then you’re in the heart of Jackson, and everything’s close by "

"I liked the location. It was removed from downtown, so it was a bit of a drive, but the views from the unit were amazing and it was quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable, but was dated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The service at check in and out was great. The exercise room was nice with lots of options for weights, treadmills, peletons, etc. I was disappointed that the hottub was empty. Overall, I enjoyed the property and would stay again. "
