"We had a problem with your booking system we styated that we needed a downfloor room as there was no lift and i was unable to walk upstairs.When we arrived he said we were booked in for an upstairs room.I found this very stressful as i had phoned up before hand to check that we were downstairs. However the very helpful gentleman on reception sorted it out and we were able to stay."

"Great value for money, set in a lovely area, great 4 mile loop round the loch. Evening meal good, breakfast id question the quality however for the money good value. My room had a broken iron which was ajoined to the ironing board however there was a spare which made it a bit complicated. I got 2 kettles as one was broken. Decor slightly dated. Bathroom great! Plug next to bed only worked whilst light was on so my phone didnt charge. Nearly overslept. Would i stay again? Absolutely! highly...

"The hotel was lovely very comfortable beds the TV needed updating very basic channels and no way of connecting a device to it to stream. The staff who greeted us on arrival were lovely ahd welcoming. The receptionist who checked us out on Monday morning, not so much. She didn't bother ask how our stay was or if everything was okay. Pretty much a fundamental part of the checkout process! Overall it is a nice hotel just needs a little bit of tlc and some investment and it could be amazing. "
