Der Nut Haus - 1 Bedroom with Loft

Try a Tiny House, similar to those seen on the popular TV show! Der Nut Haus is located in the White Mountain Vacation Village. Beautiful walking trails meander throughout the community that also boasts a clubhouse with pool table, game TVs and weekly activities. If you're looking for a cozy little escape, this cabinet oozes rustic appeal -- you won't be disappointed!

This modular cabin is tiny but has everything you need for a relaxing escape! Perfect for a couple or small family, located on a gorgeous lot with trees and a seasonal creek. The master bedroom is cozy and the loft area is great for kids (due to low ceilings the loft is not meant for adult use).

* Sleeps 4-6 with Queen bed in the master bedroom, Futon sofa & Loft with (2) twin beds for kids
* Flat screen TV with Direct TV and DVD player
* WiFi is ONLY available in the Club House.
* Central heat and air-conditioning
* Large patio with propane grill

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS: Minimum of 3 nights.

INTERNET: WiFi is only available in the Club House.

PET GUIDELINES: Dogs are permitted with a $150 Pet Fee. We must be notified if you are bringing dogs. Up to three dogs may be brought. No other pets are allowed. Dogs are not to be on furniture, beds, or any carpeted areas. Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and waste should be disposed of immediately. Non-compliance will incur a $100 fee from your deposit for waste removal services. Dogs must not be left alone in the property unless they are in a crate.
