Great Pre-Christmas Vacation
This was a great house for a family vacation right before Christmas. The pool table was a big hit with everyone, the large dining room table let us all eat together, and getting to use the attached garage was a nice bonus too. The owners were very responsive and even decorated the house for Christmas.

Family trip with three kids and a dog. The kids loved all of the amenities and the backyard was perfect to play in the snow. We would definitely stay again. Booking and talking with the property manager were quick and easy. All messages were responded to promptly.Thank you so much!

Amazing getaway!
My wife and I spent the week at this beautiful property and enjoyed every minute. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs and the grass was a huge plus! The yard was bigger than expected and was like our own personal park! The owner was great to work with and we hope to stay again soon! Thank you so much!

Amazing!

Plenty of Room!
Plenty of room for the dogs in the grass backyard. They loved it! Plenty of room for our two families to spread out and relax. Mark was easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming back.

Perfect! Layout, space, amenities! Couldn't ask for more!
Owners haves thought of everything! They really put a lot of thought into the guest and their needs. Back deck was awesome Ford morning coffee, lunch and dinner! So quiet! Wish we had booked 2 weeks! Close to everything!

Great house, perfectly accommodated 8 adults
Huge backyard, large interior, perfect fun house... Plenty of room inside for 8 adults and never had a feel of being crammed in. Very nice pool table and dart board inside. There is also a ton of backyard space available for outdoor activities. Thank you Summer and Cody for providing a great place!

We had a wonderful time!!
This house was exactly what we expected from the online listing. My husband and I took our teen daughter, and our two grown children and their families and all stayed together. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had such a great time hanging out in the game room! The yard was fantastic for the kids and the dogs… we all enjoyed the snow!! There were plenty of towels and blankets and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home and fantastic location!
We had a fantastic time at the Lang family home! The home was perfect for our family of 9 and our lab. The home had all the amenities we needed and had plenty of space. The bedrooms were large and the home was updated and had very nice fixtures, including a beautiful master and huge shower! The backyard was also huge for our lab! We would definitely stay there again. The owners were personable, kind and very helpful! Thank you Summer, for letting us use your beautiful home. It was the perfect place for us and great location for skiing at Sunrise.

I have to say that the cabin was exactly what we needed! It was perfect! we went up to pinetop from Tucson for a family vacation while my husband was home on leave! They were 14 adults in the house and honesty it never felt croweded! We couldn't have asked for more! The cabin was like a home away from home! The Lang family has really thought of everything that you will need while staying! The pool table was a huge hit for the guys! And the kictchen was a huge hit for the girls!! Can't wait to stay again!!

Beautiful home in a great location
We had everything we needed. Lots of room to stretch out and a beautiful back deck where we gathered for barbque dinners each evening. We enjoyed walking the quiet neighborhood each morning, golfing and reading. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the bed is comfortable and there is plenty to do with the large TV, pool table and games, we would definitely come back- the weather was perfect and a nice break from the summer heat. Movie theater is within walking distance. The owners were fabulous to work with! A definite thumb set up all the way around!

Super cute and homey
We were so pleased from the moment we walked in! The décor and cleanliness was so pleasing to see!!! The simplest and most thoughtful things for the guests were not missed. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's and this home has hit one of the top for us. The game room with pool table and dart board was great for hanging out, the coffee bar is such a cute area for everyone, keeping them out of the kitchen (lol) and the porches are a great way to relax with our morning coffee and evening drinks. Plenty of bed space if you have families with kids. Beautiful back yard for the dogs to run and play ( I don't think they wanted to leave either when the weekend came to an end) We will certainly be returning with other family members when we need to get away. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

The property was beautiful! The Best lake to go to was Show Low Lake! I loved the place we stayed at because there was enough room for everyone. The only thing I would have loved is if we could have had Cold AC on the 2nd floor because everyone was hot. When it was time to sleep fans and windows where all open. But again the place had Everything you could ask for! The kitchen was Fully stocked with Crockpot, blender, coffee, huge connect 4 and many more games ect. Thank you for allowing us to have such wonderful memories in your home! P.S. My 5 year old niece said, "I love this place!" She said this Every day she was there!

Lovely home in the pines!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was just the 2 of us, so we never even used the huge upstairs with tons of beds and a bathroom etc! We needed to get away and chill, and that's exactly what we did! I only left to walk every morning, and 2x to go to Safeway! Otherwise, we sat outside on the lovely covered deck out back and listened to the breeze in the pines! I used the crockpot for dinners, and took it pretty easy!! I also met a neighbor at the corner of West Lane and Curry that holds retreats for crafters! bed and breakfast style! ( azcreative connections.com) and Im going to round up some gals for that too! Ive rented many homes from Homeaway, and this was the best for supplies at the house, like ziplocs, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies ( LOVE the electrolux washer and dryer) etc. Oh, and coffee and k-cups. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we plan on returning! ( Oh, PS. I would add nightlights, its blessedly dark at night, I usually bring my own but forgot this time! )

The house was beautiful and the rooms accommodated the whole family. The game room, basketball court and backyard was a hit for the grandkids - they loved it. We definitely plan to reserve again if another occasion comes up for us to stay in Pinetop. Askwali (Thank you).

Wedding Party in the Pines
The property had all of the amenities as identified in the posting. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with sleeping accommodations for 16 people. Unfortunately, the stains in the carpet were concerning (only because we were afraid of getting blamed for them), there were no drinking glasses-- plenty of dinnerware, but we had to use that we're dirty nnn one cup after the other which made us concerned annoy the rest of the dishes and cutlery. A storm hit and the power went out for a short moment. I was surprised there were no candles. Finally, sleeping accommodations for 14 were upstairs with only one small bathroom (4 ft tub/ shower) to share. It could be fun for a group of young skiiers sharing the cost of the home, but a little uncomfortable for family & friends & acquaintances. We never reached out for the property management but a response was required.

Great Place w/lots to do!
We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the space and all the activities, from pool to cornhole to the piano. The weather was amazing and we spent most of our stay on the awesome back patio with the big fenced yard for our pup to roam.
