Do not stay at this hotel! They charged my card $100 for incidentals that I did not use and are not refunding my money. In my opinion this is theft!!! The room was not clean and the staff was rude!

Thr floor in the room was disgusting. I wiped up some water that had spilled on the floor and the towel was filthy…so I used a wet towel on the rest of the floor including the room and the dabthroom…grossly and disgustingly dirty. Clean the f floors. Also the bedding was stained. I travel with my service dog and was put in a “pet” room…was this the reason it was so substandard? A service dog is not a “pet” and I should never have been placed in that room.

There was no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner in the shower room smelled terrible for hours. There was no tissue in the room otherwise was ok didn’t like $15 dollar early check in fee room was expensive enough
