Originally a large 4 bedroom home, the owners have recently remodelled it into two separate 2-bedroom stylish and modern homes, which sleep 4 guests each.
The rooms are bright and airy, bedroom one also has an ensuite WC, and the living room has a log burner next to a cosy dining room.
This lovely property is situated in a quiet residential area just a short drive or walk from the town centre. Ideal for families or friends to gather.
You have great access to Shrewsbury's A5 outer ring road which takes you to lots of other attractions and areas, Ironbridge, Church Stretton and its spectacular scenery, Ludlow to name just a handful. The Welsh coast is just one hour and 45 minutes' drive away too!

*Downstairs*
From the parking area in front of the house, walk into a large and open hallway, spacious for a group to take coats and shoes off without having a rugby scrum.
To the right is a light and modern bathroom with mixer shower over bath. Enjoy the convenience of toiletries for a few days. For longer stays, you may need your own favourite brand.
The hallway leads to a cosy sitting room with comfy sofa, throws and stylish furnishings.
Of course, you'll want to put your feet up after a long day exploring so there is a Smart TV with freeview channels and Netflix.
A lovely log burner is nestled into the fire surround including a handful of logs to start your stay and keep you warm in the colder months!
A doorway leads into a compact dining area with table and chairs for 4 guests. French doors open into a cute courtyard area with an outdoor table and chairs for morning hot drinks or an evening aperitif?
Through again into the kitchen which has a large American-style fridge freezer with lots of storage space for food and drinks.
Without the benefit of space for an oven, we have supplied a more efficient air fryer, small induction table top hob and microwave oven.
With all the usual amenities, toaster, kettle, mugs, glasses, and dinner sets.
*Upstairs*
Walk up reasonably graded stairs (impaired mobility guests may struggle so please enquire) to the bedrooms.
Both have contemporary decor with comfy double beds, bedside tables, with lamps, storage, and large windows to open for ventilation.
The front bedroom has the advantage of a small ensuite WC and sink for convenience.
Guests will have full access to the front half of the property, 1A Calmaire and the private outside courtyard space to the left of the house.
We do have important house rules which we kindly ask guests to follow:
Strictly no parties or loud gatherings - we do not want to disturb our neighbours
No smoking or vaping inside the property. Please instead smoke outside with doors closed and discard waste responsibly in an outdoor bin.
Apologies, but we are not a pet friendly home.
Please treat the property as if it was yours.
Our cleaning teams do a fabulous job but they are under pressure to complete several cleans per day.
Therefore, we very much appreciate tidying up before you leave, and replacing clean kitchenware back into the cupboards that you have used during your stay. Thank you.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
