"An overall fantastic stay. 2 drawbacks. 1. I was sent instructions by the hotel while l was on the airplane. Then l didn't know anything was sent. They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. I didn't see it on the booking form. If this is stated on the link they provided, the information was in Finnish. Maybe there are ways to know if it is contactless...

"First of all we did not really stay at this place but got redirected to another property because the rooms we booked were under renovation. This hostel is located quite far from the city center and we were redirected to one quite close to the center - why did they not inform us of this beforehand? What's more, transport was not provided and we had to make our way to the other hostel ourselves. From what we did see of cheapsleeps, it was noisy and full of men. Definitely avoid if you're a female...

"I found the online “boarding pass” directions confusing. Great location, can walk to train station in a few minutes, and to shopping area and cathedral. The shower is a bit messy (you have to squeegee the floor after use) but works fine, Groceries just down the street. Couple of holes in the walls and in the couch make it feel slightly in need of some attention."

A really good night

"If you're trying to choose between the Hilton and here. Chose the clarion, literally right across for the airport terminal, there is no getting closer. The room was nice the bed was amazing and the spa was a nice treat. Also the breakfast in the morning at 5am wow what a spread. I stayed at the Hilton before and that was an extremely sad experience especially since I paid extra for it and the clarion included it! Great experience great hotel! "
