"The bed is soft and comfortable. The shower temperature is easy to adjust. They provide 4 pillows for 2 person. The soap is in a bottle that is quite special as my mom originally thought was cleaning detergent left by the cleaner. There is no lift so is not convenient for people with lots of luggage and people with limited mobility like my mom."

"Clean and near restaurants, bakery, coffee shops and river bank for morning or evening walk. Good for short stay as the room is small and equipped with simple amenities. "

"Conveniently located hotel staffed by friendly welcoming people, but unfortunately there isn’t anywhere in the lobby to sit, all the chairs appeared to be occupied by non guests. Fortunately we were allocated a very spacious room which helped to enhance our stay. Breakfast was reasonably, enough to eat but unfortunately all the “hot “ food was stone cold; for some inexplicable reason all the containers were left open. Overall I would recommend this hotel due to the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff."

"A convenient place to stay with dining and shopping within walkable distance. Parking is free but would be full from 6pm onwards. But by 11.30 pm, there’ll be a lot of parking spaces as diners, drinkers and shoppers would have gone home."
