Welcome to the Money house! The energy of money is everywhere in this quiet studio apartment with full bathroom, kitchenette (Air-fryer, microwave full-size refrigerator, all kitchen utensils), sleep in area, sitting area, Roku TV and Wi-Fi/Internet access. Enjoy the backyard and use of grill.  Please note that smoking or vaping is NOT permitted within the apartment. You may smoke or vape in the backyard patio or deck. Please discard cigarette butts in the trash located in the rear. Safe free street parking in the front of the property. Property is secured by ring cameras outside of the house and floodlights. Very quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping centers only minutes away. Philadelphia only 20-25 minutes away. Atlantic City 40 minutes away. Near area hospitals. Friendly and PRIVATE neighbors. Cozy Spot
I'm lImmaculately clean spot at a very affordable price point. Sure, there are a dozen "Fit and Finish" sorts of projects that need attention (the many duct tape switch guards and the snaking A/C extension cord come to mind), but the hostess is charming and attentive and all the appliances are more than adequate to get the job done. The new flooring and the bathroom remodel are a plus!

The Money House
This property has extremely easy check-in and -out, was very clean, has a great shower. Many amenities, such as coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and large fridge, were spotless and appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet, in fact we didn’t see a single person! Bed was comfortable, window unit AC was efficient and quiet. We would highly recommend for your visit to NJ!

We were looking for an reasonably priced VRBO near Tuckahoe Turf Farms and this fit the bill - it's about 25 min away. We tried a Vietnamese and a Mexican restaurant in town that were good but otherwise spent most of our time out of the town at the tournament and with the team.

The place itself was very clean and exactly like what is presented on the listing. Both of the hosts were very easy to contact in the booking process as well as once I got there and checked out as well. Priscilla and Daryl were wonderful hosts. They immediately greeted us when we arrived and were pleasant and helpful. The property was immaculate and everything was as advertised. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Absolutely will stay there on our next trip from Florida to N.J.

Exactly as described, this quaint little studio apt was clean and tidy. In the perfect location, in a quiet neighborhood, it was exactly what my husband and I needed. Quiet, comfortable and convenient
Daryl and Priscilla were extremely nice and cheerful. Enjoyable communication. Room was very cleaned and comfortable. Many USB ports have been added which I have found has not been done in many “updated hotels”. Very quiet area, slept very well in a comfortable bed. I would stay again if needed in that area.
