"Novotel in Constantine was generally very clean with very helpful staff. The one thing that bothered us the most is that the sink drains did not seem to employ a P-Trap and let sewer smells come in through the drain. The experience of using the sink (washing faces, brushing teeth etc..) was quite unpleasant."

"Hotel overall was good. Room was clean however bathroom could be cleaner than it was such as the shower flooring and drain. The staff was excellent and the coffee shop served very good coffee for an inexpensive price. Recommendation would be to not allow smoking on rooms. The odor of smoke can be too much for someone not used to smoke and it’s a safety hazard. No smoking in American hotels is common. Smoking can be on the deck or common areas outside.
