"The negatives outweigh the positives. Positives: one of the cheaper places to stay. Ground floor is decorated beautifully. One of the workers (Moses or Moussa) was highly informative. Room we ended up sleeping in (the cave room) was a nice temperature in the evening (naturally air-conditioned). Negatives: we booked the Panoramic room because it had a private bath. When we arrived, we were told it was being repaired, and we would need to sleep in the cave room, which shared a bathroom. ...

"Staff need to be nicer with locals, one of your staff was scolding a old Lybian man for resting his feet on the clutch. The man seemed to have problem walking and he Carrie’s with him a small chair. Also the food gets tiring. I paid for 4 nights and ended up staying 3. There was no Wi-Fi in the room lots of flies in the lobby."

"I was very lucky to have Dar Lily to myself for 3 wonderful nights to relax and catch up on some rest and work after at the end of a 15 day trip. Great communication with the owners and although a language barrier with Fatima, she was helpful, kind and I appreciate everything she does. While not everyone enjoys the cats of Djerba, I was amused by the friend I found for a few days to help me do some Sudoku by the pool ♥️"

"Very clean. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good basic breakfast (pastries, eggs, yogurt, coffee). The parking lot was a little difficult to find, but there was always plenty of space to park once we got back to the property. Market was right around the corner, so very easy shopping for souvenirs. We highly enjoyed our visit!"

"we like all the people there, since the staff in the restaurant till the animators... we’re a little afraid of what would we find there but it surprised us. A very kindly city with everyone so nice, a dreamy place!!! The only thing that really bothered us was the fact that there was only wi-fi in the reception... because it’s so big we expected more areas of the hotel with wi-fi connection, nowadays is a “must-have”.. But really want to go back!"

"Not sure a four star hotel status is appropriate for this facility. Second position access to the beach was not what we expected but not that bad. However, if you are looking for a good night sleep, it is not the place to be because of continuous activities in the bar and club till 4 am with very loud sound amplifiers. Address was not accurate. Local taxi driver was helpful though. "

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. "I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened. This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."
