Really helpful and friendly staff, nice pool. Great breakfast. Hotel is really central with lots of good restaurants less than 5 minutes walk Massage was very good. We liked the hotel branded tuktuk which we took tours in to ankor wat

Nice property and very staff. Had a pleasant breakfast there as well. When checking out, they held me up because of some very old stains on the sheer curtain that were behind the main curtains that I hadn’t even seen. Once I convinced that because the stains were dry and didn’t smell, they were obviously very old and there long before I checked in, they finally let me go.

部屋のクローゼッットの中が汚すぎる、シャワーの切り替えが不便、テレビがOFFできないのでスタッフに連絡してきてもらいましたが、スタッフも分からず部屋の外にでて帰って来ない、宿泊者は駐車場は無料ですが部屋カードを見せたが５ドルといわれ、何度も説明して無料になったなど不満があった

The staff are very welcoming, all said hello. The pick up service excellent, location is about a 3 minute walk to Pub Street, 1 minute to night market! Rooms very clean and of a good size!

Looks better inside than outside, the no window room did not help with my jet lag; female staff very helpful and friendly; out of male staff John went above and beyond to help me, can’t thank him enough; met some male staff no name tags not sure if trainees or not that know nothing about customer service ( and thought is ok to ride a tuk-tuk to the airport with luggage); the pool side and bar very nice; breakfast ok- had something for everyone; bed & pillows kind of hard

I stayed here 2 years ago and my stay was flawless. I cannot say the same this time. They forgot to pick me up from the airport, the room door took ages to shut, half the room lights were not working, they restricted access to the pool because of a function and this is the only hotel I have stayed in South East Asia where breakfast was not included. However, the staff is charming.

The hotel was in a great position for Markets and other attractions the roof top pool was fantastic, the only thing I would fault is the bar area was not maned all the time it would have been good to get breakfast up there. Also the road outside the hotel was a bit rough and full of pot holes. The staff made up for the few faults as they are very friendly and helpful, would recommend this hotel to stay at.
